All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $180 USD.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Sanctified is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
